What Is Thai Yoga Therapy?

Thai Yoga Therapy blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and mindful breathing to release unconscious tension or trauma to restore flow and energetic balance. Unlike traditional massage, it is practiced fully clothed and focuses on conscious release through supported movement, flow, and energy alignment. This modality is energy work that is done by bringing awareness to the unconscious holding in our bodies.

Energy Healing

Thai Yoga IS energy work at its core. Simply put, instead of saying Mind-> Body connection, consider that we are working on the Mind-Body, as it is one and the same. This integrated approach for somatic therapy promotes gentle release of the most sensitive of nervous systems; brings clarity, balance, and emotional release. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected after a session.

Crystal Healing

Our physical bodies respond to the piezoelectricity present in crystals. I work with crystals on the physical body and the energetic field that surrounds the physical body to adjust and realign the energy in the system. Some clients feel physical sensations like tingling, heat or cold, body twitching; while others feel sleepy, deeply relaxed, floating sensations.

Trauma-Informed Approach

As a deeply sensitive person and a background in somatic healing arts and education, I offer a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space. Every session is guided by your comfort, boundaries, and personal goals.

Community & Collaboration

Beyond individual sessions, I’m passionate about sharing mindfulness and social-emotional learning in schools and community settings. My work with local organizations continues to inspire me to make healing accessible to all.
